- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Mr. Denmure..Please convince your client (the executor of the late Connie Lay) to relinquish the dog named Bela, formerly belonging to Connie Lay, to Best Friends animal society in Utah. If funds are an issue, I am 100% positive the dog loving community will provide funds for this dog to lead a happy and full life. I would be more than happy to donate funds as well. For those interested: Best Friends is a wonderful sanctuary for all animals. Dogs are not kept in kennels 100% of the time, they have free range access to the outdoors as well as human interaction and are well cared for. I also assume once they have legal possession of the dog, they might be able to re-home him to a loving family.By Sharyn Ross, August 14, 2017
